Working one to one, either in person or online, is by far my favorite way of teaching. While it is possible to learn handstands from written instructions and videos, direct feedback from a coach will speed up your progress like nothing else. From a single class to working with me long term, from private to group classes – there are many ways and options. Just reach out to me and we’ll find what suits you best. Rates vary.

Personally designed training programs made to specifically meet your personal requirements combined with regular feedback, meetings and Q&A’s with your coach – online or in person. Work independently but with guidance. Starting at 40€ / month.
